Mr. Jesse [redacted] and Mr. Kevin [redacted] agents of Property Pro Realty LLC using REC #: **SSN**0 (listed as INACTIVE), contacted me by telephone regarding the sale/transfer of my Pueblo Bonito timeshare membership. This was followed by an email dated June 24th, 2015. They’re last known address to me was 88 East Broad Street, Columbus Ohio, 44114 (Branch Office), and 3311 Warrensville Center Rd., Suite 411, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44122 (Corporate Office). Phones numbers used are as follows; 614-895-0680, 740-444-7025, and fax 614-408-3444. Other possible telephone numbers are 614-429-1197, 740-444-7348, 216-920-6028, and 216-930-4701. Whad been disconnected. Homepage URL, www.propertyprorealtyllc.com does not work, email addresses are: contact@ propertyprorealtyllc.com and [email protected].
Companies shown below may also be BOGUS andhen last checked some of the telephones were listed as not in service or working in conjunction with Property Pro Realty LLC, now known as BJ Realty. I found out about the name change through an email dated August 12th, 2015, from Mr. Jesse [redacted], “I do believe we sent emails to all our active clients regarding the change within the company Property Pro. We were bought out by BJ Realty due to legal issues with Mr. H[redacted], the previous owner, Mr. John B[redacted] is the actual owner, that’s why the change in our phone system and web page. If you take the time to look up BJ Realty you will find our location to be the same, our phone number is 614-686-4429.”

Contact person is John B[redacted], located at 7266 Barton Hills Drive, Cleveland, OH 44129, telephone number 440-887-0400, not the same as Mr. Jesse P[redacted] previously mentioned, email: [email protected]. Note: The following information was found in connection with this company; BJ REALTY, INC., Registration number 1046859, was formed 1998-12-07 in Ohio, and License BRK.0000390361 are no longer active.
Epcon International Escrow Inc. Located at 259 E. Rand Road #200, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Phone number is 847-897-6686, fax 847-892-0666. Homepage URL is http://www.epconintescrow.com, email addresses are: [email protected], sales@ epconintesctow.com, and [email protected]. Contact persons are Shawn B[redacted] and Victoria M[redacted] They do intermittently answer emails and phone calls, but have never really gotten a response to any of my requests. It’s mostly a “we’ll get back to you” type of response.
An email received on July 21st, 2015 from Mr. Antonio H[redacted] representing Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas, instructed me go get a notarized letter stating that I was transferring my timeshare membership with the name and personal information of the buyer, to endorse the Certificate of Ownership and along with additional instructions, to pay a transfer fee of $500.00 in either check or credit card made payable to OPERADORA DE INMUEBLES LOS ARCOS S.A. DE C.V. Documents and transfer fee were to be mailed to 511 E. San Ysidro Blvd. C 570, San Ysidro, CA 92173. Note: this is NOT a legitimate address for Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas. Last known address to me is OPERADORA DE INMUEBLES LOS ARCOS S.A. DE C.V. PO BOX 929070, San Diego, CA 92192-9070. Telephone numbers listed as 619-784-3899 and 619-356-4135. The email was received from the following address; [email protected] Note: This is also NOT a legitimate email address for Pueblo Bonito Resorts. The correct email address domain is @pueblobonito.com.mx. If I had complied with these instructions not only would I have lost the $500.00, but by signing the certificate of ownership, also my timeshare membership.
On August 10th, 2015, I received a telephone call from a lawyer representing the Secretary of Tourism’s office in Mexico (SECTUR), Lic. Roberto H[redacted]. The call was followed up with an email from Leslie I[redacted] from the Secretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico (SHCP) with an attachment from Mr. H[redacted] informing me that if I wish to move forward with the sale of my membership, the Certificate of Release had to be filed by me, and the 10% fee paid ONLY by me as the Registered Owner. This 10% fee would have amounted to over $ 2700.00. The email received came from the following address, [email protected], the correct email domain is @ hacienda.gob.mx. The address shown in the email for SECTUR is Av. Constituyentes 1001, Belén de las Flores Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México, DF. Toll free number: 888-527-5910. The address and telephone number found on the SECTUR web page is Av. Presidente Masaryk 172, Col. Bosques de Chapultepec, Del. Miguel H[redacted], Distrito Federal CP. 11580, Tel. (55) 3002 6300.
On August 13th, 2015, I received a telephone call from a representative of the buyer in Mexico requesting that I make the 10% payment in order to obtain the Certificate of Release and proceed with the transfer of the membership. I explained to her that I would do no such thing, that she would have to coordinate all monetary arrangements through the escrow company, Epcon International. At this point she informed me that due to legal restrictions imposed on them by the Mexican government, and with my refusal to make the 10% payment, the sale of the membership would have to be cancelled. Again I made known that my position had not changed, that I will not pay any monies nor certify any documents in advance.
I forwarded this information by email to all parties previously mentioned in this review. I'm still waiting to hear from them.
