purchased a car engine light came on failed inspection had to play cat and mouse with [redacted] wen she finally answered had a 100 exscuses I took it to my mechanic found out it needs about 4000 worth of work asked for my money back she said she was gunna fix the car kept it a week and only fixed 2 things in which had nothing to do with the car feeling inspection so needless to say got car back on pops check engine light again again went back to my mechanic to find out the 02 sensor is the main reason its failing and it cannot b changed unless u change whole manifold cuz its welded in now she wont give me my money back so im stuck going to small claims court to get my money back so please beware if come across [redacted] or [redacted] for a carDesired SettlementI would like my [redacted] back I paid for the car and the ** I paid for failed inspectionsBusiness Response On [redacted] I sold a [redacted] to this costumer after she looked at the vehicle on a few occasions as well as a friend coming here to look at the vehicle for her. I fixed a few things per her request and She was pleased and stated how she loved the vehicle. On [redacted] this costumer left me a voice mail stating the car is no good and nothing was fived on it so she wants her money back. She stated it would not pass inspection I told her to come down with the vehicle I guarantee inspection on all our cars sold. She stated her uncle from Macs Auto Repair gave her a rejection sticker and a list on all parts needing replacing. She was extrememly angry telling me personal information including she has Bi-polar disease. I was able to calm her down and She agreed to leave the vehicle with me to have everything replaced. For the second time The Auto Mart paid for all that was on her list. The costumer called again to say nothing was completed to the vehicle and this is when I called for her uncle at [redacted] to find out the costumer does NOT have an uncle there and they also do NOT do [redacted] inspections as well as stating they never told our costumer nothing was fixed in fact [redacted] told her EVERYTHING was fixed. I called the costumer to say the vehicle is ready for [redacted] inspection and if she wanted I would take it to get done. Once I told this to the costumer as well as stating I spoke with Macs Repair I have not heard from her until this complaint. I also gave the costumer my cell phone in case she needed me and I was not at the auto Mart. I have all documents to prove said work was completed as well as Macs list includinf the fake [redacted] inspection receipt she gave me for [redacted] yet they do NOT do Mass. inspections.Respectfully,[redacted]
