Review: The reason for this complaint is that I was not aware of the agreements that were made. From what was explained the business owner told me that I was going to pay a first payment of $84 two weeks after the plan was opened and then monthly a $60 or $70 fee paying the phone little by little as months pass like tmobile originally does it. I was not aware or better yet he did not explain very well that I was going to have to pay my monthly bill and $84 on top of the bill. Since today July *, 2013 was the last day I could actually return the phone I went with box and all to simply just cancel everything, but he has said he can not return just simply exchange the phone. The business owner does have my social, and account number wired to my chase account and he can just simply take out the money when able to do so. Yes I did sign the agreement, but as I said before he did not really explain well what I was going to have to pay. First off he tried to sell me a used phone for new and when I found out it was used he simply just gave me $35 store credit. After I went to tmobile and chase, both companies have already had many complaints about that one business! So I really just want this fixed and since he does have my information and I dont want my credit or anything else being ruined due to this situation. I would just like to return both phones and not have him trying to charge my account with the fees of the phones. Chase did offer to just close my account and open up another one, which is fine, but I still dont want my credit to get ruined if he tries to pull something off. As I said before my social was given to him which is my main concern and worries me about him doing a scam with all my information. The way he gets you to sign the agreement is by not actually telling you the amount you are really going to have to pay, and after you have signed there is nothing you can really do.Desired Settlement: I would just like to return both phones (box and all) and have this "agreement" terminated! And not have money taken out of my account.

HOWEVER, BEST CONNECTIONS WOULD LIKE TO HONOR OUR LOYAL COSTUMER WITH A 75.00 GIFT CARD FREE FOR THE INCONVINIENCE AND THEY CAN PICK IT UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.
