The Bolero Motel

Review: On 5/14/2015 I walked into the Bolero motel an booked a room for 5/29 and 5/30 with my credit card. She gave us the price of $133.00 a night and since we had concerns as to wether or not be may needed the fri night stay, the women at the desk making the reservation stated it would be no problem to cancel fri night if we wanted. At no time did she ever mention a fee for canceling. I received an email on May 17 and when I printed it out a day later realized she had the wrong dates. I called and made the correction and was told I was to pay $50 more, even tho we were still staying sat. 5/29 and was also told we would be charged 25$ a night if we cancellled. First off, I feel like we were scammed. They stated we would have to cancel 14 days prior and it was10 days. Well that's not what we where informed of when we made the reservation. And we were not the ones who made the mistake. We were given our credit card reciete only. I think it is a scam. They take reservations, send an email a few days later with the wrong dates, charge more money then quoted , then charge for cancellation knowing most people either don't get or read there emails, or realize the wrong dates are posted. Etc.Desired Settlement: I feel we should be refuned our credit card the $50. cancellation fee.
