I signed up for their membership and the contract stated that if I canceled within 5 days I will receive a refund. I canceled the membership via email in the alotted time, which is the only way they except cancellation. I have contacted several times to no correspondence

Hello,
This member sent in a cancellation email on 2/17 and a refund was processed for him. He stated the reason for the cancellation was because it was to fast pace for him and he wanted to do more personal training instead of a group setting.
