I was not involved in this customers complaint about water in back seatBut it seems that weve attempted to resolve her issue several times and is s mystery to us and others why this water would be accumulating under back seat ?Weve done water tests....windshield repair companyAnd dealer
cannot duplicate her problem?it could be something as simple as leaving sunroof cracked or popped up or a door or window not shut or sealed good? As for the car not starting? Sounds like a battery issue? Or a key fob battery issue? Either wayIt wouldnt be covered under our powertrain warranty anyway We try out best to resolve all issues,but were dealing with "used" cars,things do malfunction. I hope we can resolve this issue as to not affect our A+ rating with the Revdex.com and our customer base . Tks *** ***

I am responding to the complaint from [redacted] tried responding but she rejected it for some reason he is the owner of the [redacted] LLc. [redacted] brought the car on 10-29-2015 and the car comes with a 30day 1000 mile warranty that covers the engine, transmission,brakes,and exhaust and its a 50/50 warranty. She came back several months later complaining about water in the back seat even thought it was not under warranty and way passed the 30 days we had it look at for her and could not find where the water was coming from my mechanic tried to blow out the drainage tubes to see if that would help.  She said she took the car to the Cadillac dealer to look at key and they couldn't find out what the problem was months later so if they cant find it and they make the car how was we going to find it. We always try and help out customers even if its over the they are out of warranty because we have a lot of referrals from other customers.

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't Have water I my floor until December.... That's when I took it back to the car lot. Due to the holidays ... There were unable to check and see what the issue was. So I returned to have my car looked at in January... When they tried to see what the problem was. And couldn't find it after blowing out the sunroof. When my car was stranded at work I called to see if it was somthin they could fix it and I was told NO take it to a Cadillac dealer which u did. So to tell me about a 30 day warranty when Eveything took place after the 30 days is pointless. Every issue I have every had I came to the car man where I purchased my car.
