same.The contract clearly states within the first paragraph. " A 15% deposit to confirm your chosen date has been hereby, acknowledged and received. In the event the RENTER cancels, the deposit payment, along with any payments made as of the date of cancellation WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
The renter paid a deposit and signed the agreed contract to hold a date for their wedding at The Ashley Castle. Unfortunately the deposit was lost because the renter chose to cancel the date. We are sad to hear about the circumstances but unfortunately a contract is a contract. An agreement is an agreement that the renter was aware of at the signing.
