Its time for school to begin again I put an order in at The Children's Place online I charged it to my pay pal credit,from a link on The Childrens Place link The money was charged to my paypal credit, $ I waited and waited, finally went to the website, and found the merchandise was still in the cart Not wanting to duplicate the order, I tried to contact the company I sent two emails, again from the link on the website Never heard anything from there I called The first time I phoned them, I couldnt understand the gentleman on the phone, and he hung up on me So, I sent yet another emailThis one was replied to almost a week later But in the meantime,I called once again At this time my order(at least on my signon) was still showing on the website Man on the phone it shows I never placed the order This is the second order I have placed with them One, approximately a year ago, and then this one Today, when I received the email reply it said they have no record of me placing an order And surprise, the order that was sitting in the cart mysteriously has disappearedI will never use this vendor and will continue to tell people I know, who have children, to never order from them Terribly rude customer service

Not wanting to duplicate the order, I tried to contact the company. I sent two emails, again from the link on the website. Never heard anything from there. I called.
