After signing up for their credit rpair service and sending them credit reports from the 3 major agencies and ALL our credit information I heard nothing back, can not reach them by phone. The website works only intermittently and I have see no signs of any contact being made on my behalf with the creditors. I asked my bank to stop the monthly payment and while I can stop them going forward they said there was not enough information on the company from the payment set up to even reach them to dispute the past payments.
