On 1/14/16
[redacted] called, left message, he is following up to get to the bottom of why I was displeased with the service. Stated he did notice things on my account that were unusual so he wanted to discuss with me, I was at work when the call came in and didn't hear the message until after business hours. Called him back on 1/15 and got voicemail, left him a message letting him know that access to the online portion of my account was no longer accessible since I cancelled service but that if he could check on his end he would see what transpired as they keep a log by date/action. I stated in the message that I was displeased because nothing happened on my account to improve my credit score which is what their service guarantees.
1/19/16
[redacted] called and left another message. Called him back about 15 minutes later, got voicemail. Did not leave a message.
1/20/16- Called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX [redacted] Got voicemail. Did not leave a message.
1/29/16- Called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX x119- Got voicemail again. Left 2nd message for [redacted] letting him know I was following up on his call and keep getting voicemails. There was an initial payment made that was not included in the original refund, it was an oversight and has been corrected. I also emailed the customer and let them know this. They have been fully refunded, please consider this resolved.

The situation was handled by a representive from The Credit People. I was fully refunded for the 5 months and also given an apology. Thank you very much Revdex.com.org

I signed up for the credit people's acct and they informed me they would be making disputes on my behalf to the credit agencies. They guaranteed my score would improve and that they could get the settles accts removed. For 6 months, charged me $60 and nothing was removed, no updates, just automatic withdrawals from my acct. when I continuously contacted them for updates and info, they deflected my questions and told me it was a waiting process. Woke up today to find out they cancelled my acct and informed me they couldn't do anything for me......except take 6 months worth of my money without performing their duties or tasks promised in the services. Very unprofessional and I'm curious as to how they are still running this company legally.
