This man came to pick up his conference room table in a small SUV, no help to load the table and no blankets to keep the table safe. We offered to assist him in loading, asking him how he wanted to load the table every step of the wayWith no blankets and the small vehicle that he brought it
was toughHe wanted the table legs removed, which we did, we placed them in the vehicle per his instructionsNo blankets only a sheet to keep the table safeWe do not load items without peoples helpMost auction houses bring items out and offer no helpWe try to go the extra mileThis is the first time that anyone has had a problem with our assistance loading items. The majority of people are happy to have the assistance or they bring help to assist them with large items
To make sure that Revdex.com understands the issue brought to them by ***. *** purchased a lot from our auction house, agreeing to the terms and conditions. Once *** had won the lot he was not able to compile to the time for pick upWe agreed to give him an extended week with the condition
that he would pay for his winning that weekend After not receiving the payment according to our terms he was no longer allowed to bid We have found that now we have four businesses as one, when our customers get restricted from one business they do not get to bid on other sites. Which causes them to complain. In being in business since we have received less than five complaints, two within the last two months. Sorry for inconvenience hope this answers the issue

I will get up to Chico when I do not melt and [redacted] and I will go through what I have concerns over.I realized that I took over something (auctioning off my excess) from my husband and I jumped in not really understanding what goes on. They dismantled and loaded the item improperly and not in accordance with their own rules. In doing so dealing significant damage to the item.
