Review: I am in serious disbelief that you have charged me $693.75 because I have decided to not file this Bankruptcy. I am being charged for a FREE CONSULTATION that I got back in June 20, 2014 when I decided not to do a Bankruptcy back then. Also, $300.00 dollars for closing my case. I don't understand how you can decide to charge me for that Free Consultation from a year ago. I have never received a bill for this consultation back in June 2014, in fact I have the zero balance on the receipt that was given to me by your company when I was given a full refund of my deposit. Then I come back almost a year later to reapply for the Bankruptcy and now I am being charged for the fee from June 2014. That does not make any sense.I did not expect to NOT pay anything, but $693.75, that is just not right and you are taking advantage of the situation. This is an unfair act on your part. I trusted that you were there to help the people in need of legal advice.In closing, I would like to say that you really should be ashamed of yourself for this dis service . I was also told by [redacted] that I was also being charged for her to respond back to my emails when I had reached out to her, when I was told that I could contact the firm with any questions or concerns that I had,Desired Settlement: I feel like it is only fair that I get back my $150.00 for the FREE CONSULTATION and the $300.00 to close my file that I have all the paperwork for, I never turned in any paperwork for the Bankruptcy. $300.00 to close a empty file is an outrage. I worked so hard and for a long time to get the money for the Bankruptcy only for them to take $693.75 from the 1650.00 fee for the complete Bankruptcy.I am so upset, that might not seem like a lot to them but it is so much money to me. Not fair.
