In response to the customer complaint ....ID# [redacted] Furniture King has been a family owned and operated business for years and we pride ourselves on customer service that will go above and beyond the sale to keep our name strongWe often receive compliments on our friendly staff and the quality of furniture that our store showcasesFor this case in particular, we went out of our way to try and ensure that this customer was aware of the manufacturing holds placed on these pieces and she continuously insisted on waiting; so we tried our best to special order the pieces from a plant that we do not usually deal with.This particular customer ordered a sofa, chair, and ottoman from us on February 6, 2016—with NO down payment for purchase at this time After placing the special order with the manufacturer, our store received notice that the series was discontinued from our regular plantManagement immediately notified the customer and offered her a discount on our floor model; she was adamant about wanting a newer oneSo, one of our managers went out of his way to find a company on the east coast, which meant that we had to special order each piece from an out of contract manufacturer to keep this customer happy Unfortunately, furniture representatives often play messenger when it comes to delivering news on out of state ordersThis manufacturer did tell us several different dates to expect the shipment; this was a frustrating process for both our management team and the customer involvedIn order to ensure customer satisfaction, we apologized profusely for the delayThe customer refused to look elsewhere and stated that she would wait for the special pieces to come in Regardless of our tireless efforts to make our customers happy, there are occasional setbacks to merchandise arrival that out of our control—as anyone in the manufacturing and sales industry might understand In order to prevent any disappointment in early or delayed delivery times, we do have a printed statement (located on the bottom of our sales contract) explaining the variance in delivery times to our store for this very reasonSince this complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, the customer has since received her order Thank you,
I do not recommend this Furniture King if something breaks down while on on warranty no refund the owner will take five months to fix the problem I am not going to purchase anymore furniture from Furniture King The [redacted] is rude and lies
