Prescription called in to pharmacy as a mistake.Prescription for a DIFFERENT low-doseantibiotic was SUPPOSED to be called in to pharmacy.Same prescription of high-dose antibiotic(generic of [redacted] XXX-XXX) that made me sick(overdose) was called in to pharmacy by mistake.As a result of this mistake, BCBL insurance wouldnot pay for SAME medicine and I had to pay OUT-OF-POCKET total of $74.29 in order to receiveneeded medicine. I did NOT realize that it was SAME medicine that made me sick until I got home andthen Pharmacy refused to accept credit/ return of medicne, per state law.Desired SettlementRefund by check of $74.29 that I had to pay for mistake made by Family Doctor. More Info Received From The Consumer I have reached a settlement in this case.This business has agreed to issue me a creditof $74.29 to compensate for the mistaken prescription as outlined in my complaint.
