The Floor Magicians

Good afternoon, this is in reference to tile installation and subsequently the need to replace or tile in up-bath First of all I have spoken with *** *** different times about his couple of crackled tile in his bathroom floorI advised him finally that I am retired and my son does not
do that kind of work and there for he would need to hire a contractor to get them fixed and I would pay for the repair. Since the he has become nasty about it and I have washed my hands of the situation.Its funny really, I did his whole downstairs in ceramic and then this entire tub surrounding and floor rip out and re installation with absolutely no problems, but all the sudden their is cracked tile for no reasonThey could be defective or the homeowner could have dropped something on them and cracked themIts impossible to say!!!Now since he is acting the way he is; I am only willing to pay for half of the repair as long as its within reason and no more! If he does not agree to these terms then I will pay nothing and there is nothing else to discuss because I still don't think its my fault and with combination of that and his lies about me not answering him, I'm pretty upset about the whole thing. My company's reputation speaks for itself and I'm sorry if he cracked a couple of his tile but they weren't like that when I left, his entire job was 100% perfect!!Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond and I look forward to speaking with you in the future.
