Review: I made a purchase for $399 on december 11 2013 (they have a new location on [redacted]) I paid cash, the promised delivery date it was 3 or 4 weeks,3 days before the 4 weeeks I called and I was told for the saleslady named [redacted] that the merchandise it was out of stock and would be in by the end of january, maybe, I refused to wait and canceled she told me that my check will be mailed in 2 days, the check never came,so, I tarted calling the main branch, they moved from howell ** to lakewood **, [redacted] the owner [redacted] gave me all kind of excuses for not give my money back, (his kids in the hospital, moving problems etc)told me that he will call me when the check is ready, because he never called me, I called on january 10th.requesting my money, I told him, we are seniors in SS benefits, am 67 my husband 76, I want my money!my mother is 91 years old and she gave the money to buy this table and chairs I dont have the money nor the set.so, he told me that he was going to the P.OFFICE to mail me the check that was around 11.55 am,he lied to me and tryed to make a foul of me,again the check never came to my mail box, I called him several times after that he wasnt there ,according to another employee,so, [redacted]) ignored me and it seems he is above the law,he lied and take money that doesnt belong to him, some kind of scam to seniors, I beleive.I have 45 years living in ** I have never heard of anybody being so deshonest.taking advantages of the elderly.I have sent a certified and regular letter to him, he received, but I never received any response.We need help to recover our money we have been victims of robbery from this guy.Thank you Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want cash because this man likes to play with the money, lied and cheat, it is a shame that bussiness like that still open cheating peoples and elderlies like us.I dont want checks with no funds.

After all my complaints, yesterday 2/14/ 2014 I received my money back in cash, (400) terrible store, disgusting owner, rude dishonest.Thank you Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
