Took my car in for a simple tune upThey did extra work with out calling me for an ok and then stuck me with a $billTo make matters worse they smoked in my car while they where working on itHad to air it out for almost a week to get the stink out
Not happy will never go back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved but a copy of this will be forwarded to the corporate office of Great Clips as they have been made very aware of the lack of professionalism that this person has displayed with me.  It is my opinion that this person does NOT display any attributes of managerial abilities.
It is a very sad state of business for Great Clips in general as  [redacted] does not have an ounce of honesty or integrity and this very "LATE IN THE GAME OFFER" is NO more than she offered after my initial complaint and wouldn't it have been better to resolve it then than carry it on for months and my still not being satisfied.  Not to mention that there was  another 3 hours of WASTED driving time for me to meet at an agreed time and date.  Again, she and I mutually  agreed to the meeting date and time and "with her personally" to fix the mess that was made by one of her stylists (used very loosely).
She also fails to mention that she was the one who told me she would be at the GC location on the scheduled date, but that NO appointment could be made.  Then she tells you that I could have gone online to schedule an appointment, but I do not have that capability while traveling the 1.5 hours one way to attend my church on Sunday mornings. But we agreed to the date and time and  I told her I would be at the GC location at NOON and I was.
She also failed to mention that she brought her child to work with her that morning and I was told that by one of the other employees and then complains to "YOU" the Revdex.com that she wasn't even schedule to work!  That in itself is inappropriate and much less so when you are trying to rectify a situation "gone wrong".  Additionally, she failed to mention that she attempted to convince me to have the "same person" who wrecked my hair now FIX IT@  What is more than curious is her rationale for suggesting this!  She told me "she now has been through the GC training and knows how to cut hair"!!!!???  I would think that is the wrong order in this process.
Again, [redacted] is NOT managerial material and a copy of this file will be forwarded to the appropriate parties for further investigation.[redacted]

These guys did a great job installing my sprinkler system and putting my yard back together. Their crew was very professional and courteous. They accidentally broke a flower pot and replaced it right away. Their prices were also extremely reasonable.

I contacted Aqualawn's owner today with a question regarding my irrigation system, which he serviced last year. I had been informed that the company no longer supported well-operated systems and consequently found another service provider. This new provider encountered a problem and in order to troubleshoot it, we jointly called Mr. [redacted] to kindly ask for his input. To my surprise, he was very disrespectful and rude, and also insulted my ability to understand the issues at hand. This, especially after I paid him upwards of $1,500 last year for his services, and an ever larger sum to his sister company, The Grounds Guys (for lawn renovation services). Ultimately, I felt compelled to end the conversation without his input (which he refused to provide) due to the inappropriate treatment and unfortunate experience.

I had an inground sprinkler system installed by [redacted] firm and have been a customer ever since. They now do all the fertilizer applications and maintenance on the sprinkler system. Everytime they are scheduled for any work they are there promptly and are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Hello, I am [redacted] Head Manager for Great Clips. I initially received an e-mail from home office stating we had a customer complaint. She received her haircut and she felt it was uneven and too short from a new stylist we hired. I was told to contact our customer and correct the wrong with...

offering a corrective haircut and to check to see if we have her correct address to send a coupon to keep hope she would return. I left her a voice mail stating all of what I was told to say.  she e-mailed again to home office complaining of no response to her complaint. I finally received a phone call back after leaving a couple of messages. She was not happy about her haircut and she had to drive an hour and half away. She said she could come in Sunday or monday because she comes to [redacted] sometimes. I said I could help her anytime. She chose sunday and wanted 12:00pm right when we open. I said to her I would be here from 12 to 5 which is our open hours. We however could not make an appointment but she could do our online check in or be put on the waiting list when she arrived. I was not scheduled that day to work. I wanted to make sure she was taken care of because she only wanted me to help her. she did not want any other stylist to help her. I arrived with my daughter before 12 and waited until 12:28 and I thought I was getting stood up for her time she wanted. I told my staff I would be getting food from next door and would be back in a few. I came back at 12:55 from my records. A stylist told me she told her I went next door and would be back. I called our customer to explain the situation. She never responded and now she reported our salon to Revdex.com. I'm not sure how many salons she has done this to. Stylists arn't perfect but we are here to help with realistic options. I will send coupons but our company policy is to either correct the haircut or reimburse money. It's one or the other. It can't be both. I apologize for allthe inconveniences and will learn from this situation to communicate more clearly as a Manager.  Thank you.
