customer was wrongfully schedule for installation by my employee for Friday, June 23, 2017.  We did not have all the materials ready for installation.  We were waiting on the dog door entrance, and we contacted the owner to communicate same.  We were not going to install a glass door with an open notch in it; leaving the homeowner with an exposed open notch to elements and weather.  The dog door entrance was not ready, so we could not complete the installation.  Customer was contacted on same day (Friday, June 23, 2017), by owner stating that not all of the materials were in for the installation and that the installation would occur around Thurs, June 29th.  The customer did not answer so a voicemail message was made to the customer.  Employee made an error regarding the scheduling of the installation for Friday, June 23rd, and on the same day we were trying to communicate with the customer.   Customer never responded back.  Customer never tried to communicate with the owner after contact was made.  Since it was now the weekend, the owner was going to reach out to the customer on Monday, June 26, 2017, however, on June 25, 2017 customer decides to write the Revdex.com versus consulting with the owner to rectify any issues.  Customer did not try to communicate to resolve any issues with the owner directly prior to submitting a compliant to the Revdex.com.June 25, 2017 the owner refunded the deposit of $470 and closed out the work order.   Thank you, [redacted]
