Hello,We received a request from a panelist stating they did not receive their reward for sharing their opinion and the compliant detailed numerous attempts to contact us. Per our terms and conditions, in which all panelists agree to as part of registration, we clearly detail our reward payment...

processing dates and expected time from those dates for our panelists to receive their rewards. Upon review of this incident the processing was done per our terms and conditions and has been sent to the panelist within that stated time frame. We respond to all help desk inquiries- if sent to the proper email- within 48 hours of receipt. We have reached out to ensure the respondent received her reward (confirmation as sometimes spam filtering does occur) and to ensure they have the proper communication channels in order resolve any inquires they may have directly with us.
