properly. In this case, it involved addition of new "old style" weatherstrip. Mr. [redacted] declined to have the new weatherstrip installed and requested a partial refund. To achieve a satifactory outcome to the matter, we honored this request and returned the funds to Mr. [redacted].

I received 2/3's of my money back, as they did not offer a full refund. They did not compensate me for the security system on the windows which they broke and they also broke two of the window plates (that conceal the cranks), which they replaced with wood that does not fit properly. I had to buy a space heater to try to keep out the cold and plastic wrap all of the windows. City of Chicago Consumer Protection inspectors came and documented these problems. I have to eat these costs AND buy all new windows as well.
