On Nov 14,2016 I submitted an on-lint application for a $65 renate fpt a purchase of 4 Continental tires and received e-mail comfirmatuin of receipt. rules say to wait 21 days for a status update. After 28 days my status was "Sorry, no matches were found" which is not one of thetr FAQ's so I called theit 800 # to be left on hold for 45 minutes. At that point David answered and stated that my call was misdurected to him by mistake and that I would have to call back at thr same #.
I find it incredible that their equipment failtd like that oe that I was not yrabsferred by David to the cottect area. POOR customer relations/techniques ??
