The iRelocation Network Reviews (2)

On Sunday 5/29/16 I began to receive numerous calls regarding a move. This accompanied Text as well getting blocks of 3 at a time. I never submitted a request for relocation bids. After about the 3rd time, I learned it was Irelocate who distributed my telephone number. I call and was told it was removed from the system. Still the calls came, I then contacted customer service via chat and was told it was removed. Still the calls came. Each time they pressed for personal information, which I refused. Then on Memorial day more calls, text and continuing till today.

Sounds like a heavy pressure identity theft front company.

Since I am on a DO NOT CALL list, and they continue to call I am next going to the Indiana State Attorney General to begin the criminal process.

Additionally, I believe I'll file a civil suit locally and to have the court subpoena them here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS COMPANY.

My personal information was irresponsibly distributed without my permission.

Since I've submitted a quote request via your website, but since I've been overwhelmed with emails (at least 30), phone calls (at least 20) and extremely frustrated with the lack of focused efforts or solutions your company provides. I didn't realized, when signing up for a quote, that this would be the result. This is preposterous and completely irresponsible business practices.

On 11/25/14, I contacted [redacted], the CEO of iRelocation, directly leaving this information in the hopes of finding a way to REMOVE my name from their system.

[redacted], if your business focus is to provide a quote from multiple vendors, a simple email response with a summary of vendor names, timelines, consumer ratings, and prices should be provided, then I may take the time to do the research and choose the best from the list - Not a mass notification to any/all vendors in your contact list to contact me directly.

Perhaps I'm wrong in my assumption of your service, but bombarding me with calls and emails is, at best, unhelpful for me to make a decision and, at worst, wasting the time of your vendors, their staff and the time spent in this ridiculous effort.

From these emails, it is clear that they and you understand that not all transport companies are created equal and some are better than others. (If all of the quotes say that other vendors cannot be trusted, whom should I trust?) What I would expect is a synthesis of GOOD vendors with GOOD ratings to which I may pick from. That should be your service model which would have been helpful to me.

I didn't end up buying the car. But now have to continue receiving all the phone calls and emails from vendors trying to find business where none now exists. This was exhausting and unhelpful.

REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEM.
