I am rejecting this response because:
How pathetic of a responseI sent pictures to the owner, showing all the issues and he has ignored themThe issues are not simply the lazy Susan, which he NEVER credited us forWe have nail holes in all molding, metal sticking out of molding, shelves not installed properly, and a corner cabinet with damaged shelves I had company over the other day and they were shocked at how horrible the kitchen looks
For the owner to lie and say I have issues with other companies is crazyThe other companies we used were excellentTheir customer service and installation was perfectWhere this owner (Jimmy) says we had issues with other companies is not only ridiculous but a cop out so he doesn't have take responsibility for his horrible work.
We are not going to let this goWe demand resolution and won't quit until it's givenNo way should any homeowner pay out over$10,and have such horrible resultsThis company has destroyed my dream kitchen and made it into a nightmare kitchen.

I was at the *** house numerous times,she was compensated for the shelves she is complaining aboutshe received approximately $in free cabinets and money off the final payment.the problem was caused by *** *** wanting to remove a lazy susan shelf that she claims she did not wantshe asked me to remove and agreed to accept compensation for the screw holes that would remain in her cabinets The last time I was at her house and completed the job,I did a walk through with ** *** and he inspected everything and paid the final payment upon completion *** *** immediately posted on her community page pictures of the shelf that she asked me to remove the lazy susan from and continued to talk badly about our company
while we were there she had a problem with *** ***,the cabinets,the granite company and her electriciansometimes its not the service providers that are the problem even after she took to social media and spoke badly about our company I offered to come back to her house one more time to try and resolve all issues*** *** refused and continued to write bad reviews on *** *** and various community pages
I have been a Revdex.com member and have serviced monmouth and middlesex county for years with no complaintssometimes the problem is not the business it is the consumer!!

As always customer satisfaction is our number one goal,We have been in communication with *** *** working to set up a date for one of our installers to resolve some of the issues

Review: The Kitchen Kraftsman was hired to replace cabinets in my kitchen. They left my kitchen with metal sticking out of the molding, molding installed incorrectly so you can see gaps everywhere, cabinet shelves with metal sticking up so I cant use it without my cans falling over and just looking horrible, shelves installed incorrectly so they stick out and look horrible, nail holes all around the molding, and knobs that are loose immediately after they said they tightened it. The owner told us to fix the knobs ourselves. The owner also took to social media to violate our privacy and post pictures of the inside of our home without our consent. He also posted lies that we were doing work inside the home without permits, which was a lie. He then also sent me an email threatening to sue me if I didn't remove my review on my social media page.Desired Settlement: We want money refunded for the damages so we can hire a competent company to fix this work.
