services were reviewed through the contract during the time of signing. Our team met with [redacted] and [redacted] prior to the wedding date to film their engagement interview for the film. During the wedding date, our team was met with multiple complications to the timeline of the wedding, where we were required to adapt and change plans. On multiple occasions our team was asked to wait in a hallway while the bride was able to prepare things or take care of wedding day logistics. We communicated to her that we would then be unable to capture certain moments of her wedding day. During the wedding ceremony and reception our team had to ask the wedding guest to refrain from standing in front of our cameras on multiple accounts. On two occasions, wedding guests moved and relocated our tripods during filming. The wedding venue was also relocated to an indoor location within in a hour of the wedding ceremony start time. We made proper arrangements to accomodate the new venue change. Through these challenges, our team was able to capture the footage that we deemed necessary to produce the Engagement film and Ceremony same-day edit. This production was finished and delivered to the couple during their wedding reception where it was screened by the wedding guests. Ahead of the wedding date, the couple had delivered their wedding timeline, which included multiple additional requests to capture specific items during the wedding reception, including and not limited to speeches. We had notified the couple that we would do our best to accommodate these additional requests, however in order to deliver the original agreed upon product, our team would need to focus on the Engagement film and Ceremony same-day edit. This production, we had also notified the wedding couple to be a time-consuming task.The Engagement film and ceremony same-day edit was delivered to the wedding couple on December 26th, their wedding date. The photos were delivered to the couple on January 27th, ahead of the agreed upon delivery date according to the contract. The 8"x8" flush-mount photo album was delivered to the client on July 24th, after the package was originally returned to sender due to an address error. The additional request for speeches and other wedding reception recordings were delivered to the client with the 8"x8" flush-mount photo album in DVD format along with an additional copy of the engagement film and ceremony same-day edit. I had communicated to the client on multiple accounts that the additional features they had request merely weeks ahead of their wedding date were additional tasks not originally agreed upon and our team did the best to accommodate, while putting our main effort on the originally agreed upon production. With the agreed upon team size, we did the best to capture the additional speeches and wedding reception elements. I have done my best to communicate to the client her situation and that we have done our best to go above and beyond to deliver the additional products while delivering the agreed upon products. The agreed upon products were well received by the client, both through verbal appreciation during the wedding date and through multiple emails immediately after receipt of product. I hope that the client can again feel this way about the delivered agreed upon products, as our team is proud of the work that we do and make sure to deliver the highest quality productions all the time.
