Good Morning, This e-mail is being sent in response to complaint # [redacted], filed against The Magickal Cat by [redacted].  I tried responding online, but was unable to access the complaint center.  The letter indicated that responses can also be made by e-mail, so that is the...

intent of this message.  Please confirm that this response was received and is adequate to meet your needs. The individual who placed this complaint did not submit an order on our website.  He/she sent a money order by mail for $9.50 to cover an order having a total cost of $14.95 (no money was included for shipping and the amount sent was not sufficient to cover the $11.00 cost of the 2 items requested even without shipping).  The only contact information that was provided with the money order was a return address on the envelope - there was no letter, just a money order with "2 gambling charm amulets" written on it.  The money order was received late on Thursday, 01/14.  We were in the process of returning it when the individual contacted us via our website "Contact Us" form at 12:06pm ET on Tuesday 01/19 to inquire about the status.  We responded to the e-mail address provided ([redacted]) at 12:15pm - less than 10 minutes after the inquiry was sent! - explaining the situation, but received no response.  A second e-mail was sent to the individual on 01/23.  Copies of the e-mail correspondence received from and sent to the individual are attached.  We also sent an additional note to this individual via [redacted].com on 01/23 in response to a 1 star review that he/she posted there calling us scammers.  And again on 01/26 when we received quite a scathing reply via [redacted]. When we had received no response to the 2 e-mails or the [redacted] correspondence by Monday morning (01/25), the customer's original money order was returned via Priority Mail with tracking # [redacted] along with an explanatory letter and copies of the e-mails.  I have attached the following documentation regarding this situation: 1)  The request that was received from our Contact Us form on 01/19*2)  Copies of the e-mails that were sent and the [redacted] correspondence with the individual3)  Copies of the returned money order, the letter that was sent and the e-mails as mailed to this individual on 01/254)  [redacted] Tracking showing that the money order/letter was delivered on 01/27 [* Looking at the e-mail address on the Revdex.com correspondence it looks like the e-mail address was incorrectly provided to us as "nbox.com" instead of "inbox.com" in the Contact Us form] We never took a cent of this person's money and we did respond multiple times in a timely and courteous manner (despite being falsely and publicly accused as scammers on several websites, and receiving a vicious reply to our [redacted] correspondence). Please let me know if any additional information is required. Thanks, [redacted] The Magickal Cat
