The Mall at Robinson

Review: When I was at the mall I seen a sign that said rent a childrens stroller and receive a free gift. The sign was located next to the childrens area in the mall. I rented the stroller and upon returning it I asked where my free gift was. I was told the promotion had ended. The sign clrearly stated that if I rented the stroller I would receive a free gift. I was not offered anything other then attitude and a comment card. I explained to the worker that it was false advertising and a lawsuit waiting to happen. You can not advertise something and then not provide it to the customer without first notifying them that they will not receive it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $6.00 I paid to rent the stroller. As I would not have rented the stroller if I knew I was going to be lyed to and treated poorly.
