I never heard anything else from the order, the order number is #407740.
I sent a message to Customer Service, no one responded at all.
I would like to receive my my refund or merchandise.

I placed three orders on January 17, 2020. I received confirmation on the three orders. I received notification the orders had been delivered to my residence on January 24, 2020. However, I did not receive any products on that date or any other date from The Mane Choice. I waited a couple of days hoping the date was indicative of arrival in my area (I have no idea how they ship - USPS, FedEx, UPS) and not at my home.
I attempted to contact the company by phone circa January 30, 2020. The phone answer line said someone would respond to my request "ASAP" as it was 4:30 and the phone is not manned after that time during the week and not at all on the weekends.
I then attempted to contact them via their "contact us" option. I gave them all the information from the order forms. Including my name and address. I received an email from them: requesting my name. However, the email from which they sent the request was an undeliverable address. One that sends not one that receives emails. I tried cut and paste but nothing worked. So, I once again sent a request via their "contact us" option. They sent a request for my email address and my name - could they not read my email address in the email address line'?? Once again the email address was a send only and not one that received communications. This has been going on the entire month of February. I want the products I ordered. The payments went through on January 17. Now, a month later, I still have no orders and seemingly no way to contact the seller.

Delivery And if delivery cannot be attained for whatever reason, I would live a full refund of $118.50. I paid for 3 orders. The first one was for $29.00, the second order was for $60.50, and the third was for another $29.00. Barring the delivery of said orders, I would like a full refund.
's original order was shipped and show delivered on January 24, 2020 via USPS, after she contacted our customer service, despite her original order having a confirmed delivery, we reshipped her order on Feb, 14,2020 which also shows a confirmed delivery as of Feb.20,2020

I know the original order showed that it had been shipped and delivered. However, I really did not receive that order/delivery.
I have received the newly shipped products.

I am writing to file a complaint concerning a Product (I keep my receipts) The Mane Choice. when I brought my first bottle of The Mane Choice, it was supposed to contain 60 capsules and they are supposed to be taken twice a day and I know it was only 59 capsules, because my bottle only had one capsule left at the end of the Ok, I contacted them and made a complaint (no response). After this problem, I made sure after every purchase (I started counting my capsules) and every bottle after was short one capsule, so instead of paying for 60 tablets (I'm paying for 59) capsules. So, after the 2, 3, 4, bottles I said enough is enough and I have on numerous occasions emailed and left messages (XXX-XXX-XXXX) I am not getting what I am paying for and I purchase my capsules at Syracuse, NY.
When I went on Sept 7, 2017 to purchase my new bottle of The Mane Choice I was talking to the supervisor, Kim and I mentioned the problem to her and she informed me that other customers have made the same complaint of being short of a capsule. So at each bottle the cost of $29.00 The Mane Choice should make an effort for a refund or coupons toward some customer (cash total $120.00) or more. The reason I have to make such a fuss is because as everyone else I am on a very very tight budget and I again want what I pay for and nothing less and I a customer, should not be taken advantage of (especially for the price their asking for). It is truly not fair.

Although our Manetabolism Vitamin packaging states that there are 60 capsules inside, but we ensure that there are 63-65 just to overcompensate for a possible shortage. If there was one vitamin left, chances are it's the 63rd or 65thwhich are odd numbers.
Although we have reached out to *** by phone on at least three occasions, to remedy the situation, we never got an answer. However, to ensure that she has a great experience with The Mane Choice, we sent out a complimentary product in the mail.
