The Moorings At Mesa Cove

The Moorings at Mesa Cove, While overall a nice community, are in fact well over 25 years old and are of very poor construction, we have had our apartment flooded 5 times in 2 years and had to put up with the inconvenience of having our home in disarray for weeks at a time, the front office is loath to resolve any tenant issues and mostly provides "Lip Service" if you have a noise complaint. There is frequent police activity in the complex and it seems that there is a Pit Bull in every apartment. Frequently on weekends, children are allowed to run free with no supervision, We recently purchased a new car, and had its paint damaged when children ran a bicycle into the door. there was no resolution from the office. All in all. this is a terrible place to live.

Management sucks, we have bed bugs and they want to take there sweet time to fix the problem. Its been three weeks and we are seeing even more bugs. We call them for help and they tell us we have to wait for the pest guy next week. Like they dont carr about there tenants. We just want our probl fixed and they act like they dont care not to mention other people on our building have them too and they are not doing anything as well. I would never recommend for anyone to live here!

I was a tenant with this apartment complex and filed a complaint against the parent company, IMT Residential, due to Moorings at Mesa Cove employees misrepresentation of leasing agreement, poor business ethics, and re-occurring water leaks/flooding in my apartment unit. I attempted multiple times to remedy my grievances directly with the Leasing Office and IMT Residential corporate office, but was treated with condescending disrespect and disregard for my family health issues and personal struggles resulting from the issues previously mentioned. This business isn't Revdex.com certified, but their parent company IMT Residential is and they did NOT behave in an ethical manner or perform with the likes of what a "better" business should. They showed no concern to help us as their tenants and were only ready to place blame or make personal attacks at my level of knowledge on certain issues such as building codes for the city of Mesa regarding their improper water lines relating to the leak in our apartment. Not only was this information available online through [redacted] website, but we have family affiliation with city of Mesa building inspectors. It was a very unfortunate and terribly stressful experience that my family endured while doing business with the Moorings. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially if you have a family, as we found ourselves displaced from the apartment to avoid any further personal damages to our belongings resulting from the multiple water leaks/flooding that the Moorings claims no liability or accountability for. As of this date, there has been no remedy to our situation and they have never contacted us regarding our early lease termination.

This place is a scam if you are going to rent here or apply make sure you do not put a deposit down before you are approved, They will let you know when your approved if you are approved. and a person that is not paying the bills but lives with you has something bad on there credit they will ask you for another 800 dollars so the initial contract you signed and put a deposit on is invalid because they are changing the numbers, therefor would of never signed the contract and they refuse to refund the deposit which is actually illegal because you are being approved under a different contract that I did not sign. Do no put any money down on this company without being approved first they are a joke if you would like to know more information you can always contact me [redacted] @ [redacted] I will most likely file in small claims court of a pitty 100 dollars + my time now because they do not know business people that think they know things are funny Future reference when you and they place you sign a contract with under a dollar amount of lets say 1800 that's what both party's are agreeing to do when you change the amount of the dollars it becomes null.
