My name is Kevin M [redacted] and I'm the Director of Site Operations at GlassesEtc.com The reason this has not gone as planned for the customer is that they keyed in the wrong prescription into their order Then, when they discussed making them single vision readers there was a misunderstanding between my staff and the customer Why? Because my staff was not clear on how to read that prescription (our fault) and because the customer was confused by the add power on the Rx adding to the confusion.The result - I've offered to replace any damage that may have occurred since the product was in the customer's possession (not our doing) - but replace the frame for them with a new one and redo the lenses at no charge with what I believe the customer actually wants....readers at +2.25.We are all about service here - the goal is to make everyone happy within reason of course!

We believe this customer is confused As noted in the attached .jpg, this customer purchased just a pair of eyeglass frames from us She never purchased prescription lenses from us We think she must have took the frame and had lenses done elsewhere She's asking us to fix
the prescription lenses in her frame - the only way we can do that is if she actually pays us for lenses to be installed We sell sunglasses and eyeglasses with or without prescription lenses In this case, the customer only purchased the frame from us She must have gone elsewhere to have lenses installed (something that happens a lot) - once receiving the frame from us. We do appreciate her business and would love to help her As the manager, I am going to call her now to see if I can help her think through what she did here... Regards, *** ***
