My name is [redacted]. On September *, 2014, I purchased a dress at New York Look with a price of $324.45. I did not like it and I returned it at the same day. The store policy stated that "no refund allow, only exchange or stored credit" I perfecly understand and respect the store policy. I recieved the store credit receipt and was told that the store credit has no expiration date and value as cash. On December **, 2014, I went back to the New York Look which was the same location to shopping again. When the time to check out, The [redacted] who was claimed to be the [redacted] said that my credits was already being used, Which was not truth. I never use it. I asked New York Look to provide me with the history of purchases and credit use. They failed to provide them to me. The [redacted] told me that, their system is messed up. could not show anything thing. They told me to go home and wait to be called my them to solve the problem. They never called. I believe this business is running scam and I think that Revdex.com should investigate. I would like my store credit back or refund-credit back to my credit card. Review: Multiple employees stated erroneous facts about their refund policy which were misleading. After speaking to the owner/manager, [redacted], I was told to not worry and that I could bring the purchase back the following day and would receive a full refund since they did not clearly communicate. Upon returning the following day, [redacted] had directed his employees to lie and say he was out of the office (he came down later). The employees (some of which were present the day before when [redacted] instructed them to honor the refund) refused to provide a refund using the statement that 'the dress has been worn' as an excuse. All of the tags were still on it as it had been purchased the day prior and was clearly never worn anywhere. This was essentially a bait and switch scam. They acted like we could make the purchase and decide if it worked and if not then their refund policy was 10 days. However, they failed to mention that they do not give any refunds, only store credit. And then they simply wasted our time by continuing to lie to us.Desired Settlement: full refund

Please be advised that our mutual client is not due credit. We are a high-end retail clothing store and do not sell worn clothing. The dress that our client brought in a day after purchase was worn. It had makeup stains and signs that it had been worn. We unfortunately can not take back a dress that has been worn. It is our highest priority to keep our clients happy. We have been in business for over 25 years and are obligated to keep our clients happy as we wish for them to return. Our store policy is located in three different places. First, we have placed a framed sign right next to the cash register stating "NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS." Second, our store policy is explained explicitly on our store receipt. Third, "NO REFUNDS ALLOWED" is printed right under the clients' signature on our credit card charge slip. We have done everything as per policy.
