A simple search of "Mario Garcia scam" on google will show you his history of scamming investors and tenant buyers. He is a convicted drug dealer. See below:

Don't know if you blur names or not so M.G. is the only guy that works for this company. He copy and pasted google rent to own contract and sends out cold call emails on zillow/craigslist. He owes me a ton of money right now. Do not work with him if youre on the buying or selling side.

I would give them negative stars if that was an option. Mario from Orange Box Project contacted me as a seller. He presented me with an offer which I accepted. He collected all the money from the tenant and they are currently living in my house. I have not been paid the money that is owed to me. I did not receive the Option Consideration fee. Now, it's the 3rd of the month and I have not been paid rent. Do Not Work With This Company.

I used Amir and Mario to sell my house for cash. It was a good deal for me I did not want to fix things that had gone bad at my Mom's house. They offered me a fair but lower price than if I would have used an agent but I closed in 17 days. No issues with inspection and they did not order an appraisal. It was worth it to me to not have to deal with a mess of sell a house that needed work.

Service was decent. I like the quick response time to urgent matters. I would use them again if the right situation showed itself. This is an interesting way to sell your home.
