The Original Tiny House LLC did enter into a contract to have The original tiny house llc replace a section of fence on [redacted]'s property. She requested a estimate so we came out and estimated the fence repair. we supplied the homeowner with a copy of...

the estimate and met with her approximately 2 weeks later. at this meeting we signed the contract and collected the down payment. [redacted] at this point requested that we hold off on the project for a week while she contacted her neighbor to let them know that she was having the fence replaced as well as to see if they would help with the bill. Please note that [redacted] had sufficient time to discuss with the neighbors the fence project prior to signing the contract. The Original Tiny House LLC continued to be asked to hold off on the project until a later date. Meanwhile while waiting we purchased the materials for her project to insure we got the pricing that we had quoted her on her estimate. After approximately 4 weeks The Original Tiny House LLC received a text requesting that we come out to [redacted]’s house to look at a garden window that was severely leaking into her kitchen. We stopped the current project we were on and went out to see what was wrong with her window and quoted her on this. We explained the reason for the cost and gave her different options to fix the leak. We requested again a start date on her fence and she again requested that we hold off. Approximately 1 week later we were asked again to come back out to her house and give her bid to replace her roof. We came out and measured her roof and again provided her with another quote. We tried contacting [redacted] for another month about her fence but we received no response. I chose to stop by her house in June to discuss in person her fence as well as drop of a sample board of roofing. [redacted] had requested a better price on her roofing estimate to bring costs down. When I arrived at her house to drop off the roofing sample board We walked over with her to discuss replacing her gate and noticed that the fence had been replaced. I asked her when it had been done and she couldn’t give me a date. She then asked again about replacing her gate that was falling over. I told her a price and she then informed me that she had lost her job and chose to tell me all about it. she asked if she could get a refund and I explained to her that I would give her a partial refund do to the fact that we had already purchased her materials and that costs money. We are also charged a restock fee by the lumber company. We were unable to return the materials after so much time had pasted since the original purchase date. [redacted] became angry and chose to start with insulting our integrity.  [redacted] is in breach of contract and did not fulfill her contractual obligation with The Original Tiny House LLC. The Original Tiny House LLC stopped responding to [redacted] after she verbally attacked myself with insults.

Total Contract Price was $2200.00
Total costs spent on materials $1467.00
Total time time dealing with [redacted]’s Projects 12 hours at $125.00 per hour
Total Costs acquired by The Original Tiny House LLC for [redacted] $2967.00
Total lost revenue $1867.00

not fall under the 1st amendment. Statements that are known to be false are fraud statements and statements that are false and published are illegal. Fact 1. You do not have a contract with my company for $7150. You never have and there has never been one created for any of yours job from my company! Fact 2. This bill is over 8 months old. You could have complained at any point and I would have responded and fixed any issues you had with your door or the column caps. Instead you hired us to do more work. Hard to believe that you are so against my company due to its unethical business choices. Fact 3. On Dec 14th 30 days after your door was installed I received a text from you saying “Door is great and you love it” and asking about the pillars. Below is a screenshot of that text as well as a screenshot agreeing that you are responsible for the final payment. Fact 4. Your pillars/column caps that you want everyone to believe that I charged you for is also fraud. I replaced the one column cap that was rotten and installed incorrectly by a different contractor at no charge! At 1st look I figured the guy didn’t know what he was doing instead I realized it is your in ability to maintain your own house. Building products that are exposed to the weather need to maintained and painted when required. 6 months after installing the caps you never painted them allowing water to enter in the wood and expand it. See attached picture that you sent me of the unpainted column tops. The materials installed come pre-primed and must be painted. Preferably as soon as possible. Kind of like cleaning out your gutters so your building doesn’t start to rot from water backing up just look at the eves of your house and you will see what I am talking about. Fact 6. The door in question was sold to you for $400.00 plus $375.00 for installation. This door sells retail for $1800.00 not including installation. The door was marked down since it had a flaw. The door was not ordered on May 9th. It was purchased on May 9th and as requested by you it was sent to the [redacted] in Oregon to get painted ebony per your request. After the door was painted it got scratched while in [redacted] care. [redacted] repainted the door and shipped it back to the Tacoma Location for delivery. I picked the door up and delivered it your house. Yes, I was planning on installing the door during the week of July 6th but due to a family emergency I could not make that date and we talked on the phone regarding this issue. If you were so upset why didn’t just cancel the door purchase. You still owed me money so you could have easily cancelled the job. Instead I believe at this point that you never planned on paying for the job which is also fraud. [redacted], you are only trying to get out of bill that you created out of fraud. Your bill is not $3150. It is now $3500.00 since the airline pass you gave me is no good per [redacted] legal department. Dave B[redacted] CEO The Original Tiny house llc [redacted]
