because of health reasons she could not be in an enclosed space without her water bottle. We told them they were welcome to use the outdoor pool, but that it would be closing in 30 minutes. The pool was open and they were not told otherwise. They proceeded to threaten my front desk clerk and cause a scene in the lobby. At at point, they were asked to leave the lobby and stay out of the public areas but that we would allow hem to stay the night. They called the police who did not find anything amiss and did not even write up a report. They have been reported to booking.com as an unruly unwelcomeguest and have been en red as undesirable at our facility as well.We will not be issuing a refund as the problems stem from the guest not wanting to follow posted rules for the facility and for unruly behavior.Thank you again for contacting us.Hope F[redacted]General Manager
