The Sheet Set

Review: On 6/**/2013, I was interested in purchasing an all cotton sheet set byThe Sheet Set, name now as indicated on my receipt. The Sheet Set is located on 2nd floor of Kings Plaza Mall, near and outside Macy's. The Sheet Set stand has notices and flyers, hung up all around reading "100% Egyption Cotton." Each package (mine- reads JCS Sanders Collection) (including lower price of $20.00) of Sheet sets, reads 100% Egyption Cotton. I told the polite man in charge I wanted at least 400 threads. He said it starts at 820 threads for $20. and 1200 threads for $26. I said I needed white and asked him if it definitely was cotton, not micro fiber. He assured me it was cotton. I told him I definitely needed cotton, because micro fiber is as polyester - too warm. I don't use air conditioning. I bought it and paid in cash, $21.78.The next day, at home, I opened package, to find that the labels on each sheet and case, read "micro-fiber." There was also a stain on one of the pillow cases.The day after, 6/**, I went to return it with my receipt, to get cash back. Another sales rep was there. He called his supervisor. Supervisor said I could upgrade to 1200 threads. There was a small sign tucked by the register, that read, "Only exchanges with receipt within 7 days." I said I want nothing to do with people or businesses who lie to me, or false advertise.And I had no time to spare to examine the upgrade sheet, even if I wanted to, which I didn't.I reported it to the security at the mall. Though they said they couldn't do anything, since they had that sign of return policy up. I still have the sheet set and receipt for proof.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $21.78 + $3.00 (parking fee when returned) = $24.78. At this time, I am not going to issue an addition fee for aggravation (or legal term for it). I want Revdex.com to visit the false ads at the site.I want the signs and packaging that reads Cotton, to be taken off.- Or if they say Egyptian cotton is/ may be micro fiber, I want all companies of Egyptian cotton to add "Egyptian Cotton/Micro Fiber"on all their ads/packages.I want no access to my confidential contact information
