Customer Service: -> Walked in and watched 4 employees who were doing nothing as well as eating on the front counter. After 10 minutes of just standing there I had to ask for help myself as they stood there and just profiled me and did not ask if I needed any help. I had purchased a handgun on there online store and was coming to pick it up after they called me to say it was in for pickup. Finally someone said what do you need? I said I am coming to pick up my order...He just stood there looked at me and said are you sure....I said um......yes you called me...? He proceeded to the back and after about another 20 minutes comes out with my order rudely. Wow will never buy a gun from these guys again!

2nd; There Hand Carry Permit class-> Rude instructor who made you feel as if you were in military camp.... Last time I checked I paid for this class... Never again! The owner is very rude she will not help with any issues. acts as a teenager and disconnects phones on people.
