We are in receipt of the complaint. I would like to point out that Steiner Electric, Inc. is not involved in this transaction. Steiner Electric, Inc. is contracted to handle the paper work for The Space Center of West Bend, LLC. I own both companies but they are not
affiliated in any way. We did receive a complaint from Ms. [redacted] that some damage occurred to a dresser on 9/4114. There was never any reference to a bed frame, headboard, etc. That day, we went to the unit and using the landlord's key, we opened the unit
and did not find a dresser in the unit. There was some ceiling damage from a previous tenant but no sign of water. Ms. [redacted] never produced the dresser or other damaged items for us to inspect. There is no proof that any damage was caused at the storage facility.
The day we heard about a mouse problem, we put poison on the site. Ms. [redacted] signed a contract that requires her to insure her property and protect it from any damage. She also agreed to hold the Lessor harmless from any damage. Therefore, we are sorry if any
damage happened at the facility, but we will not be paying anything for her claimed damage.
