After trying to dispose of our 2 tmeshares for several years, we contacted The Timeshare Group of Waunakee, Wisconsin. We had been trying for several years to get rid of two timeshares that we were no longer using. Needless to say, we were very skeptical when we received unsolicited information from The Timeshare Group in the mail. After contacting them by phone, we were still very nervous about whether they could truly help us, but we decided that what they said made sense so we took a chance. Best decision we ever made! In about two months time, the two timeshares had been successfully transferred out of our names! They were there every step on the way. Each time we called or emailed, they promptly replied and we never felt nervous that we had made a big mistake trusting in this company. Our time share experience has been less than stellar. we were lied to and everything else. We tried to get rid of the timeshare a few years ago. It would have cost us over $8000. A co-worker of my now former wife recommended the timeshare Group. Needless to say we were hesitant. we felt like we were about to do business with the devil, or a group of attorneys or used car salesmen. (my apologies to both groups) anyway, our experience was anything but. From the start to finish, they walked us through everything. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We have already recommended The Timeshare Group to 3 friends who want out of their timeshare. $8000? Nope. About $900. We will make that up in 2 years of not having to pay the maintenance fee. Rarely do I recommend a business, but we have no complaints, no regrets about doing business with the Timeshare Group. Heck, I would recommend them to my mother, if she had a timeshare she wanted to get rid of.

My experience with this closing company was very positive. We needed a quick closing to enjoy our 2014 week and they got everything done on time.

We are so pleased with the excellent service provided by The Timeshare Group. Early July, 2014, we started the process to terminate our timeshare contract. We scanned our Warranty Deed to our computer and emailed as instructed. Within 2 days closing documents were sent for us to fill out and notarize. Forms were received via email and were easy to read and understand. The Resort had received the information and transfer fee shortly thereafter. By the end of September, everything was completed and we are now free of our unwanted timeshare! Travel for us had become difficult and we were looking for a "reputable company" to assist us. Review: In December of 2014, I transferred my timeshare to this company at a cost of $2196. This cost included the 2015 maintenance fee, which they agreed to pay to the timeshare. Now I have received another invoice for the 2015 fees plus late charges. They insist that the fee was paid and the timeshare is at fault. HA! I also have a bill here for the 2016 charges whis they assure me they will pay.Desired Settlement: Pay the 2015 maintenance fees as agreed

My experience with Timeshare Group was an excellent one. They clearly defined the costs, and steps they were taking to purchase my Marriott Time Share. All went exactly as they indicated, without any problems. I thank them for their work on my behalf!

I was glad to find an honest group to deal with concerning timeshares. They actually provided total satisfaction and wonderful service. Of course there was a small cost, about the amount of a years maintenance, but well worth the relief. They were very professional and kept me informed of status updates. It took less time to process than stated and I received appropriate legal documents to show tranfership to new owners. I highly recommend the company.

We are so happy that Timeshare Group helped us get the deeds to our timeshare weeks transferred out of our name. They did exactly what they said they would, promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

We contacted the Timeshare Group in April regarding a timeshare that had become a burden to us, completed paperwork and sent it to them on April 23, received a note on May 19 that the transfer had been filed, and received a letter from the resort dated May 27 that the transfer had been completed. Excellent service.

Today we received a letter from [name of the timeshare resort in Florida] dated May 27, 2016, notifying us that they had received the transfer paperwork you sent them (cf. your letter to us of May 19) and that the transfer has been completed.
"Thanks for your quick, professional, and effective service! We have been burdened with the ongoing maintenance payments for a property that was not really worth it to us for a few years now. It cost us quite a few bucks up front to have you purchase the timeshare and effect the title transfer, but much less (and much quicker) than quoted by your competitors, and certainly very little compared with the future payments to Summer Bay that we had anticipated before deciding to unload the timeshare."
We found this to be a very professional group who held our funds in escrow until promised action was completed.

I HAVE HAD TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS TO GET RID OF TIMESHARE I NO LONGER NEEDED. THE TIME SHARE GROUP HANDELED BOTH OF THE TIMESHARE TRANSFERS FOR ME IN A QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I HAVE USED FIVE OTHER TIME SHARE COMPANIES THAT I FOUND OUT TO BE NOTHING MORE THAN COMPANIES THAT LIED TO ME ABOUT GETTING RID OF MY TIMESHARES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE TIME SHARE GROUP TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN GIVING UP A TIMESHARE WEEK FOR A FAIR FEE AND KEEPING ME UP TODATE ON THE PROGRESS, OF THE TITLE TRANSFER.
