vehicle to pass inspection, it is not a requirement that we do the actual work.I have personally spoken to [redacted] who states that he was unaware that a complaint was filed. [redacted] has also stated that he does not have any issues with our shop and he has returned for additional service since this claim was filed.Therefore we are stating this is a fraudulent claim and we request that it be stricken from the record and closed. .If there is any additional supporting documentation that you require, we would be happy to supply. This would include video since we closely monitor all work being performed in our shop.Sincerely,

Had a tire replaced on my vehicle here. After 3 weeks, a side wall bubble emerged. Went online and verified the issue was with the tire manufacture and not the tire shop work.
Requested for the tire to be replaced. They did not help at all and accused me of hitting a pot hole. I have given this business plenty of work over the years and they did not help me at all. I am out $300. I will never do business with them again

Review: I took my car to be inspected I here since I live so close. I just bought the car had it checked out by a mechanic prior and was told it will pass va inspection with no issues. I get my car to the shop all of a sudden it doesn't pass inspection because it now has a hole in the exhaust and the front head lights need to be adjusted costing 360.00.Funny how it was fine before I took it to this shop. I get my car back it hasn't been running right since they had it in their shop it stalled out the highway leaving me stranded. I called the shop and told them they needed to look at my car again because it isn't running right so it was towed in. They told me it had a screw missing what ever that means I specifically asked them to please check it out thoroughly so I don't get stranded again. This time costing me me 148.00. I leave have been told my car is good to go and it breaks down again. I'm a young dad have no way to get this car back to this rip off shop so my mom calls and has it towed again back to the shop we call to talk to them and ask why they didn't do what we ask which is make sure the car is ok this time. I was told by rusty well you drive and old car im sure it's going to need a lot of repairs knowing I have just been there and are dependent on them doing what they should have done while the car was there all day. I want my car fixed and what should have been done for 200.00 has cost me now 508.00 and my car isn't running again! its a shame places like this take advantage of hard working people who are dependent on them doing the right thing. If my car isn't fixed by Monday, I will lose my job . I trusted these people to be honest, fix my car so I don't have to keep coming back again and again so they can keep ripping me off. I have no way to get my car taken to another shop since I am now out of 508.00.Desired Settlement: want my car fixed and this shop investigated.
