I am rejecting this response because:when I called I didn't get a response I had to all several times each time I called the person did not answer my question, also like I mentioned before it was more the the missed payment they screwed up on it was the paperwork had to hound them to get from closing and also the information on homesteadingI am very displeased with the work done and want the money or a portion of it back as the work was inadequate
We reviewed the complaint with the customer when it was brought to our attention She is unhappy about paying the admin fee to her broker, it was explained to her that this is a standard fee between brokers, Real Estate Agents, and buyers/sellers As you can see on page 4, this was signed by the customer and they are legally obligated to pay this fee to the broker I've also attached our homestead instructions which are a part of all documents that are given to buyers at the closing table, this is a courtesy form we provide, we are under no obligation to give them this information but we give it to everyone who closes with The Title Group, IncWe are paid to clear title, sign documents, collect and disburse funds, record documents and issue policies for title insurance We are well within the day window to get the documents recorded, when that is completed, we will then issue the policies I did speak with the customer on the phone, and followed up with an email so I could document the conversation. Please let me know if you need any additional informationLisa ***Tracey [redacted]
