Hello,I would like to shed some light on the complaint that you have received from my side.The lady came to my store and I greeted her as I do all my customers within 3 seconds of the door bell ringing. I was in the middle of a transaction and told her that the packages she has are pre paid and that...

there is nothing for her to do but leave them on the counter top, and then she asked me how was my day going to this I said wonderful.She then commented that does not look like that and I replied " I never have bad days" to this she said why are you rude to me and my answer was that's not being rude, we are simply making a conversation and to my surprise she said you are a f Indian and do not know how to talk to women, this was not called for as I have as much right to be in this country as she has as she is a Hispanic lady.In past when customers use any kind of derogatory words towards me I very kindly tell them to leave my store and I do not tolerate  discrimination of any kind, to this she said I will complain about you and I told her please do but make sure you tell them what words you have used against me and the language you use. I think she owes me an apology by saying that me being India that I need to get out of this country. In conclusion I would like you to know that I have been in business for 20 years and I do respect all ethnicity and do not use slurs or derogatory comments towards any of my customers. Customers get upset for some reason that they cannot get things going their way and threaten to complain and put bad comments on various web sites.Thank-you, for taking the time to read.*

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] is lying and I knew he would not be forthcoming with what really happened. He never greeted me and he had no one else in the store when I came in. He was upset when I asked him if he was having a bad day. He responded to me by saying that "it's like you women asking too many questions that don't need to be answered", then he said when you women are unhappy about something you take it out on other things" I was asking myself where this rude, and aggresive behavior was coming from? I hardly said two words to that man. I said I would take my packages somewhere else and then he told me to get out of his store and NEVER come back. No problem there I will never go back to this store and I will make sure that a lot of other people don't either. I would never tell ANYONE to get out of this county, I come from a very diverse family. Someone may have told him that, but it was not me. [redacted] needs to admit he has an anger issue, he's not happy and taking out on customers is not the answer. It doesn't matter to me if he gets help or not, but someone is going to pay the price for his aggressive behavior. He is very unproffesional for a store owner representing UPS and I have also notified them as well. He should be ashamed of himself for acting like he does. If he doesn't think he has a problem, look on "YELP" and see how many complaints this store has against him.
