Company states: This consumer was very abusive and abrasive. I had the assistant manager refund the postage for the consumer as courtesy. We are not sending anything further.

Review: I wnet to the UPS Store to return an item I bought. The mature man who works there handled my order. The package was returned to me by the Postal Service. I went to the Post Office to find out why they returned the package to me.The woman at the Post Office told me it had insufficient postage and did not have a customs label.The refund policy requires that I return my item within a certain time frame. Since I lost 4 days due to their erros I may not get my refund.The Post Office reissued a new postage and gave me the old postage stamp to get a refund for at the USP Store.I went back to the UPS Store with my receipt and proof from the post office that they made several crucial errors. In fact the woman at the post office reported this to her supervisor as they are handling mail incorrectly and do not know what they are doing.When I confronted the same man who originally made errors on my order he did not apologize or take any responsibility for his error. Another customer service person was refunding my postage as I was explaining to her that he most likely caused me to lose my refund of $36 and also caused me a lot of extra time and stress unecessarily.He said to the woman I was talking to "Get her out of here."He was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INEPT and quite frankly MEAN not only not to take responsibility or apologize to then treat me as if I am wrong for confronting the situation.They are not qualified to be handling US Mail.Desired Settlement: Above and beyond the $7.50 in postage which I was refunded for (I gave them back their postage stamp and did not use this) they should reimburse me for my lost refund of $36 and driving costs for having to go back and forth to their store 4 times.
