I have had repeated bad customer service with [redacted].
1. Scheduled package pick-up June **, 2016 between 9am-6pm, they didn't show up.
2. Rescheduled package pick-up June **, 2016 between 9am-1pm, they didn't show up.
3. Two weeks ago I had to reschedule a package pickup because they didn't show up the day before, even though I gave them between 9am and 6:30pm.
4. One month ago, a package was sent to me from my employer. They made one attempt to deliver it, at a time I specified I would not be home to pick it up, then they refused to make another delivery attempt. I had to go to the [redacted] store (on [redacted].) 2 times to get it, because even though the tracking number indicated it was there, the employees couldn't find the package. But, when I called [redacted] in front of them at the store magically they found it at that very moment.
5. I was supposed to have a package delivered to me from an Ebay seller, which never came, there were no delivery attempts, it went missing for 3 weeks with no tracking information, and was sent back to the seller one month after he mailed it to me.
