Thomas Sign Designs, Inc.

The wrong information is located on the sign ordered for our church. We have tried to rectify the issue but we cannot seem to come to happy resolve.In April 2013, our church Holy Ghost Temple Church Ministries, Inc. ordered a sign for mounting outside the church. The order was placed with an employee of [redacted] Sign Designs. The order was intially discussed in the store. I shared with both the owner ([redacted]) and the employee that I would bring back the logo on CD. I returned 2 days later with the CD and the down payment (church check), which was half of the money for the sign. The paperwork promised that the job would be completed within 30 days but I didn't hear from the company by that time. Due to time constraints, I did not follow up on the sign because he has done signs and banners for our church in the past and rarely met the deadline, I believed the same for this order. Finally, the same young woman who took the initial order, telephoned me one day to request additional information about the sign. I gave her the infomation requested and she assured me our sign would be completed within 2 weeks. Well, after that time, the sign was not delivered as promised. I went into the business, spoke with his wife and she assured me that the product would be completed. [redacted] said that he would have someone hang the sign that weekend. Well, that never happened and about 1 month later, the sign was hung. I did go to the business again in late July to give him the corrections for the entire sign. He promised to go out and make the correct that weekend but we have not seen the work done. The sign did not include the information that was ordered and we have been trying to get that information corrected ever since.Desired SettlementWe want the address: [redacted] and phone numbers added to the sign: [redacted]. He was also suppose the correct the punctuation and spelling error on the sign as well. The sign currently reads: [redacted] instead of the [redacted], Pastor.
