I used Thomson Mechanical when I needed to have my AC unit replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at the great price and wonderful customer service. The technician took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered, and even made sure that I was comfortable working the thermostat. I plan to use them for all of my future heating/cooling needs in the future.

I had a house fire on my birthday 1 yr ago 5/10/14 it has been a nightmare with a contractor and continues to be, however one of many issues my return duct made from dry wall, had [redacted] came to my to home to address this and many many,other issues would not address had several contractors come out to home to address this return air problem could not get anyone do the work to address this problem not able to use my A/C due to return air duct and all the debri left by the contractor and the restoration companies that got paid big money and didnot complete the job. Had to move back into my home 11/30/15 tryed to get this problem resolved before heat hit. Thomson Mechanical willing to do the job when noone else would they where not able to get to the job right away and left 2 portable A/C units for us to use untill able to complete the job which they completed 5/18/15 they went above and beyond as far as I am concerned had to work around the defective work done by another contractor they are HONEST! and have INTEGRETY! which I have learned over the past year is very hard to find these days! They did a fatastic job improved it 100%. Small family owed company! Thank! You! so very much! You brought faith back to me two fold!
