She attempted to return 2 of the items (total cost of the two items after discount was $37.20, not $62 like she said in her letter. I can provide all the proof...

You will be responsible for paying for shipping back to you if you return an item with a discount over 20%.     We then emailed [redacted] to let her know of her mistake, and offer to either send her a paypal invoice to pay for return shipping (also included in our return policy as you can see above), or we always offer to donate it to our favorite non-profit, which clothes young girls who are in need.   She threatened us with contacting the Revdex.com, and telling us this is no way to run a business. We explained further our return policy, and reiterated the fact that we can't accept the return and pointed her to our clearly written return policy.   She asked to have it sent back or get a credit (which isn't an option, per our policy). Kristi said we could send her a paypal invoice (per our return policy) so we could ship it back.   [redacted] stated she would not pay the shipping and threatened us saying, 'in this day of social media, I had hoped you would do the right thing'.   We still have the items, and would be glad to ship them back to her after the shipping is paid!   This is simply a case of the customer not fully reading the return policy before shipping back her non-refundable items. I am rejecting this response because:I am looking at the packing slip that was sent with my order and it lists the prices that I had said. There is no return policy on the slip.  I can submit this as proof.  I also need to check my credit card since the prices treadlust said I was charged are different than the ones on the slip.  Was I overcharged?This is clearly not a customer friendly company.  I had asked them for a credit, my money back or if they could ship the items back.  It makes no sense when the shipping is costing me more than what the item costs.  A company has no right to donate items that ANY customer has paid for.  Since they have a charity that they use it tells me that I'm not the only one who has had a problem with them.Threadlust has my money and the items that I paid for.  I guess I've lost twice to this company.

Again they have both my money and clothes I paid for.  I will decide my next course of action.
