On Tuesday July 3rd, I entered the 313 salon, spa & boutique establishment in Marietta, Georgia at approximately 5:35 to receive a free facial as indicated on the receipt/proof of purchase. My husband purchased a $149 gift card that included a free mist, a free facial and a free repechage.
My facial with *** was perfect, he was friendly and professional great. Unfortunately, shortly after my experience, things took a turn for the worse at checkout. I was told my out of pocket fee would be $56. I told the guest service rep that I shouldn't have to pay anything because the receipt said everything was free. While I was pulling up my receipt on my phone, he informed his manager, ***, what I said. She rolled her eyes, and replied that it wasn't free in a nasty, condescending attitude. I decided to overlook her attitude, and attributed it to the fact she was immature and in need of a diaper change. When I pulled up the receipt to show guest service, he showed*** my phone, and she continued to respond with a nasty attitude. She got on the phone with***, the manager over guest services, who had *** print out an image of a gift certificate that states the $149 gift card package includes 'a free 2 Oz ***- Mist, FREE $30 Facial Gift Certificate, and a FREE $20 Repechage Gift Certificate'. *** handed this paper to the guest service rep, who clearly appeared to be confused and empathetic to my concern that I am now being told that I have to pay for something that is free. I responded by informing him that I need to speak to someone who can resolve this financial discrepancy and ***'s lack of professionalism. *** decided to come out and address me, but she was rude and abrupt. When I expressed to her that these practices were illegal and that she was unprofessional, she got on her personal cellphone and stormed like a child who was denied candy.
To make matters worse, an older woman with red hair came out to address me. She repeatedly stated that she was an aesthetician who worked at the salon for 21 years, and her job was to make sure she collected the money and try to resolve the problem. I told her that her word exchange with me over this matter, and her delivery, came across as an unsuccessful intimidation tactic. It appeared to me that once I said I was willing to call the cops and contact Revdex.com, she wanted to take up an additional 20 minutes of my time trying to convince me not to do those things, and pay the money with the gift card they were now in possession of. I told them to charge the card so that I could leave, but she wanted to engage me in a conversation for an additional 5 minutes to repeat everything she had already said. Once I received my card, I told her I was done with her and left.

Refund At this point, the only way this issue can be resolved is if my husband is refunded his $149 for this misleading information.
The Director of Operations,***, resolved this concern for me to my satisfaction.
