Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference...

to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As previously mentioned [redacted] offered to print new shirts at no charge, and offered to purchase the shirts but clearly stated that I would be reponsible for paying the cost of the shirts including shipping!! That cost would be roughly $56.00 in addition to the almost $147.00 I had already paid him!!! The mistake made was solely his responsibility, I went as far as providing him with a proof of what I wanted my shirts to look like to. I wanted to get a better understanding of his company's refund policy, but that
attempt was futile since [redacted] became non-responsive and ignored my
attempts at communicating with him. His carelessness transpired to the work done on my shirts and now I'm left with 10 shirts that are not usable and am still trying to recover my expenses paid!
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: On 6/12/14 I went to [redacted]'s shop, Three Amigos Printing located in Laguna Hills, CA, to look at ordering 10 custom printed t-shirts as a gift for my dad for father's day. I found his website after doing a Google search, and elected to go with him since his shop was local and his turnaround time was one day, while the other online vendors I looked at had an average turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. I had previously sent him an email requesting a quote while specifying exactly how I wanted my shirts: white pocket tee, black arial lettering on front and back, no graphics and no additional colors. He called me back 2 days later, we talked on the phone about my design and agreed to meet the next day, 6/12/14. When I went to his shop I took with me a printout showing the layout of the lettering for my shirts - I created this using an online DIY custom shirt site. Once at the shop I talked to [redacted] again about my design and he placed the order for my white tees from his wholesale partner. He required a down payment of 1/2 the cost, I paid him in full that day, $146.81. On Monday 6/16/14 I picked up my shirts and later that evening as I looked them over once more I noticed the word "demolition" had been mispelled, it printed as "demoliton". I immediately contacted [redacted] via text message and sent him a picture of the shirt, he replied "oh no so sorry my fault...All I can do is reprint. So sorry not sure how I didn't notice. Feel bad". I asked if I needed to reorder & pay for the shirts again and he responded "I'll reprint for free can order them tomorrow same shirt and they will be here wed Should I place order?" The cost was $50.79 for 10 shirts, I told him I needed to discuss it over with my sisters and I would get back to him the next day. I texted him the next day asking about his refund policy and if I would get a refund. It is now 6/18 and he has not replied, I've called him and no answer, I've texted him and no answer. He's ignoring my messages and is being non-responsive to my communications.Desired Settlement: I am requesting to be refunded the full amount paid for my t-shirts: $146.81. The error made was his fault and he has acknowledged it. He was requesting that I reorder the shirts and pay for them again, but I was not at fault for this error, I clearly specified what I wanted printed on my shirts, both verbally and in writing via the email sent to him through his website 'contact us' form. I went as far as providing him with a visual to make it easier.

I'll keep it short. I explained to the customer that I could reprint the shirts at no charge. I then explained I would order new shirts which would arrive next day and be printed same day.
