The terms of the agreement was to pay off the car by 01/31/2016, the agreement was made on 12/19/2015. The owner is lying and there are witnesses, text messages and recorded phone calls that show evidence of what transpired. A formal complaint has also been made with the MN's Attorney General's Office as well as a lawsuit that will be taking place. She'll then have to prove her lies to the court.
