I would never tell anyone to use this company the work they do is BAD. My hole Kitchen is a mess.The whole layout is wrong when I call seven times I got no response. The ceiling running from the kitchen to the living room fell in at four in the morning.The kitchen tile is come up on the kitchen floor. The ceiling going from the hall to the spare room on to the bathroom to the master bedroom has never been fixed. The bathroom cubboard was never removed. I was to have Electric manand Plumber had neither one. I would give a minus fifty rating. Thank You

Review: I hired three rivers to do remodeling on my basement. they installed the french drain and it failed to work and started to flood my basement. My wall I had them water proof and brick point also failed. I had water pouring in from the celing by the area to my front porch they were to fix the concrete by. I want my frech drains and sump pump system they put in to functin properly. where they brick pointed I am still having dampness even after they applied killz waterproofing. they promised me a dry basement and have failed to uphold their promise.Desired Settlement: either repair or refund me for the cost of the french drain, brick point, and waterproofing and damage your company caused. fix the concrete you broken up and redo the sloppy concrete work you did as well. I am afraid if they have the people back they sub contracted out with was r&b contracting that I will have future problems since they did not do the job properly.

We have agreed to add a coat of epoxy sealer waterproofing paint to help ensure no further inside water dampness to basement wall A problem was discovered on the outside of the foundation, which was not In our original contract We have at no charge to the [redacted]'s agreed to repair the outside foundation of their home as a further protective measure. We have agreed at no charge to the [redacted]'s, to parge cracks and holes and waterproof the outside foundation and seal exposed foundation portion. We have discussed this plan with the [redacted]'s and they have agreed to it Work is scheduled for the week of May 9,2016, weather permitting. Enclosed is the original work order along with a new work order of additional work to be done at no charge to the [redacted]'s.
