I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted]his is a follow up on letter that was sent to me ,I don't agree with what contractor has said .I did not ask him to paint the whole bathroom ,he had sample of tile which he could of matched up with paint ,he was just too lazy or too cheap to go to the hardware store and have there computer match the paint ,bathroom looks like hell like he just had some paint laying around and had hoped it would satisfy the customer ,most of the paint he put on you can still see the plaster through .every time I had called him (3 times),he always said he was on the other side of town ,he did nothing to supervise the people that was doing the work. the guy who did demo work had dust going through out the house ,and we had to evacuate the house.please see pictures that are included with e mail and call me for description between 8am and 12pm at ###-###-####
Regards,

Response:
Initial meeting we discussed shower tile. Three Rivers Contracting suggested that all tile should be replaced because old tile was no longer available.Customer didn't want to replace all the tile. Three Rivers Contracting advised customer that we couldn't save bull nose in shower. Customer asked if we could try. While trying to save, some were chipped. So when installing new tile the height didn't match original (tile was slightly smaller and different color). Because of size difference there was 3/4 on top that was part of existing wall. Three Rivers Contracting repaired plaster work to accept paint. Customer wanted us to paint bathroom to match old paint. Told customer that I would try to get touch up paint to match. Could not match paint do to the age of old paint. Customer insisted to paint entire bathroom but was not willing to pay for it. Customer and family were rude and obnoxious.
